Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. These include books with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, items not in their original condition that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, follow these steps: Check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted, and reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dwallsandtables.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@dwallsandtables.com and send your item to Plot 3, Street 35, G14/4, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to Plot 3, Street 35, G14/4, Islamabad, Pakistan. You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
